Free bus to work, average camp food.

Cons

have to work in a company run by chauvinistic South Africans. They're all just helping each other out, multiple breaches of safety on site swept under the rug. Lower paid than most other mine sites

Good crew, diligent and dedicated. New plant with great challenges for improvement. Short flight from Perth. Camp facilities are ok

Cons

Terrible culture. Too much politics. Poor comunication. Management by fear and loyalty, not by example or leadership. Poor management during crisis.
