      Supportive Company with Career Progression

      Pros

      The environment at First Recruitment Group offers their staff a chance to thrive and build on a career, not just in recruitment but in other areas too such as admin, finance and payroll. I started at First as a payroll administrator and was given opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and tasks to keep working up my career ladder. First has supported me through studies and different training programmes, and the Directors/Management invest their time with individuals to get the most out of their employees. I feel First is a company that feels as strongly about their culture and values as they do about their recruitment statistics - this is something I really value, especially when working in a 'support' role.

      Pros

      I recently joined and have really enjoyed my time here so far. Lots of progression opportunities and clear growth plan in the company. Flexible working, not restrictive or micro managed. Voice always feels heard and positive, forward-thinking management in the business.

      Cons

      None, culture has been great, very welcoming and lots to shout about in the business.

      Great Working Environment and Continuous Improvement

      Pros

      - Genuinely seem to care about their employees progression offering study support and career opportunities - Flexible approach to the working environment and hours to suit the needs of the individual - Constantly trying to move with the times and develop the work place further E.g. New company values (bonus scheme linked to these) and Welfare/Mental Health support - General work perks such as on site Gym, subsidised on site Café, above statutory holiday entitlement and maternity leave

      Cons

      - Large workload across the board, but supported with this the vast majority of the time and offered support (new staff members or support from some management)
