Where to begin? Self centred management, overuse and abuse of policies to control and bully staff Sudden restructures of branch operation with little notice ,Favoritism from management towards some employees. Management soliciting staff to set up co workers in order to gather evidence to dismiss, Constant berating from managament, suffocating micro management. High turn over low wages no pay reviews or increases. Unbalanced pay /work load ratio
