Pros

Collaborative Team Culture - The team is incredibly supportive, creative, and highly professional. There is a strong focus on high-quality execution and human-centric work rather than just chasing trends. Great Growth Potential - Working here offers fantastic hands-on experience with diverse clients, allowing you to sharpen your technical SEO and strategic marketing skills. Work-Life Balance - Management respects individual workflows and encourages focus, making it an excellent place for professionals who value deep, impactful work without constant micromanagement.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment - Because the agency handles high-quality deliverables, the pace can be quick and demands high attention to detail. It might be challenging if you prefer a slow-moving workflow, but it is highly rewarding for self-starters.

We don't have any copywriters in NY. Not sure also why "Great remote work experience with no real downsides" and no cons, it would be 3 star also. This review seems fake.

Pros

Working remotely is the only positive

Cons

I need to be careful with my review since they have deleted all the other negative reviews. This company bottom line is to get the most of work out of you for the least amount of pay. I was paid $10 an hour when promised a salary of 60k a year. There is a reason they look to hire young grads with little experience, listen to you gut- this job is not what it seems and they are not 100% truthful about benefits, pay or your future here.

This isn't even an available position in our company - Business Development Manager. We also provide formal letters that include pay details. This is not real or for the wrong business.
