Customers relationship, few co workers who care.

Cons

Management sucks, promise the world bury you in work. If you are a great employee they expect more from work you. Promote lazy, smart ads people that customers complain about, not the employee who has knowledge, lots of favoritism, not a team environment. This company has the chance at being great, but doesn't want to be. The number of orders show this. Customers have been going elsewhere and I don't blame them. You should to. Management will swear at you and treat you like a piece of trash. Pay is horrible for work you do. Safety isn't important. Moral is horrible, lots of that's not my job attitudes.

Cons

Designers beware. Display of plumbing products is more important than cabinetry. You will encounter cliques, micro managing, gestapo tactics and be expected take care of janitorial and landscaping duties. Disorganization because there is no standardized training procedures or support for new employees. ASID will not be printed after your name on business cards because management believes that it does not mean anything. Antiquated software is used for order entry, inventory and tracking. You will receive a laptop without sufficient ram to run 20/20. Don’t expect any work/life balance or to make much in commission.
