      Supportive, family-like atmosphere Excellent benefits Great work-life balance Friendly coworkers Room for growth

      Cons

      Some people are given manager-like authority without actually being managers, which can cause confusion. I worked there for a year and was eventually forced out, which was disappointing after everything I gave to the job. Communication isn’t always the best, and there’s occasional favoritism.
