      large network of agents, nice office staff

      Cons

      not enough training, aggressive fee structure with minimal ROI, everything is pay to play, CEO openly stated she would fire people that do not align with her politically and sends out weekly email blast sermons that are annoying and out of touch.

      It is all about personal and professional growth to support the best Realtors in the business. It is an extremely collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      No cons, but it is not the place to work if you are not looking to grow or ego prevents you from improving. Our Realtors deserve and expect the best from staff and management.
