Pros
Good work culture. The people are generally nice. Most of the work is not difficult.
Cons
Very little training is given and is not overseen by management/team leader. Difficult to negotiate salary pay rise. No overtime payment or opportunities. Workload can be really high without many support. No career development opportunities, you will stay stuck as a customer service representative.
