      I enjoyed helping customers and that was the best part.

      Cons

      Didn't like the people I worked with and was a very clique esc environment.

      Pros

      Owners are hands on and are great to work with. They really want the bank to be successful.

      Cons

      They are not listening to one department. The people who started the department are being over taken by new management who treat them poorly and no one will listen. They are going to lose good people.

      Pros

      Quick to hire, most of department was easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Manager stands over your desk all the time, not enough work to keep you busy past an hour, It was a pointless company to work for. Department manager doesn't care how he makes you feel in front of anyone and when you report it to HR they do nothing about it but joke about it. It is really sad that a manager that acts the way that one was is allowed to be a manager roll.
