None, there is nothing good about this place. One star only because I was forced to select at least one. Actually one, the Receptions was a doll!

Terrible place to work. leadership (CEO) is beyond pretentious, with a HUGE superiority complex. Does not foster teamwork, It is all about him and appearances. Always causing fire drills, even some of his directs get irritated he just doesn't know. He thinks he's God's gift. You are there to be seen, not heard. He does not know how to communicate like a normal person. Don't ask any questions, he expects you to read his mind even if you are new. Will make you feel dumb for asking a question. Will micromanage you to death. King of micromanagement. Fake as fake can be. Beyond the CEO it is a huge click, in some cases some of the females in the Bethesdanare totally passive aggressive.
