Pros

Never work late, tips paid out every day, flexible scheduling, food you can be proud to serve. Core values manage to strike a balance between cooperation, mutual assistance, independence, and agency. Great for first-time serving job.

Cons

Accountability is inconsistent, both workers and managers. Doubling as hosts translates to little income when hosting. Hard to find enough hours to qualify for benefits, which are of terrible quality anyhow.

Pros

Good hours you'll be home for dinner with your family. Team environment where all your coworkers are required to help when you are in a bind. Comfortable uniform

Cons

The stress of the kitchen during very busy times can be intense and felt by the front-of-the-house staff, and sometimes even the guests since the orders are called out aloud rather than read off a screen.
