      WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!

      Pros

      Pay and co-workers. They pay well, but it is not worth it! They also attract great people to work there, but they can't keep them or get them to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Management, HR, customers, policys, corporate, training, workload, pressure/stress and no work/life balance.

      Pros

      There are absolutly none, aside from the pay being slightly hire than other places in the area. But you are going to work a lot harder than any other places in the area.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees. Moral is at an all time low and it is not getting any better. They will make every branch work with the least amount of people as possible, and won't send any help for vacations or call ins. They will ignore questions and complaints, and make the on site managers deal with all of the issues, with no suport.
