Very hard in trying to make sense of your comments wherein at times you seem to be contradicting yourself.
"There is no process for anything" Per the policy handbook can you recollect how many leave days were allocated to you?
"Every employee is working as a contingent worker". NO EVERY EMPLOYEE IS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE OF FRSPL. Your team that you belong to in South Africa see you as a permanent member of that team. THERE IS NO CONTRACT RENEWAL FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF FRSPL. We partner with external vendors if the nature of work is temporary and do not hire full time employees for such work.
You are loaded on the systems in South Africa as a contingent worker because their systems cannot cater for India based employment rules. As an example the Notice period in South Africa is 30 days.
You say "Management is the worst part" then say "Few Managers are not professional" so are you saying the rest are? Moreover its the same management that takes the entire team overseas once a year for the weekend away as a reward and a celebration. While the CEO ensures he interacts with every team/individual.
If your referral to HR did not get selected is because they were not a good fit probably. "Don't think employees as liability they were assets sometime for you". Are you saying yourself that employees are "sometimes" assets. Is that how you treat people working for you. In a service based industry besides high performing employees what other assets do you have or can count on. Furniture? Notebooks? Those are simply tools.
