Pros

Large company with lots of positions/ opportunities around North America. Good benefits. 401K % matching, medical/dental (depending on site), plus. Maybe more added-value support than other smaller PM local companies.

Cons

Little to no support from your supervisors with your client because in the end all they care about is keeping their account, which is somewhat understandable. Depending on your assigned accounting reps and other staff at corp, it could be challenging to work productively.

Pros

Since it is a nationwide company, there are some opportunities for advancement. Property managers are given the freedom to manage their time, but the workload can make it difficult to meet expectations.

Cons

Terrible communication between upper management and mid-level. Made a habit of saying one thing and doing the complete opposite. Late and often inaccurate with commission payments for Property Managers.

Cons

Major negative is the Corporate Life, however after some time you grow to love it. It's not typical in the industry so it takes some Getting used too.
