Very respectful of work/life balance. Never been asked to help them commit wage theft. Acceptable on-the-job training. All tools required for on-call are provided. Very laid-back WFH hybrid schedule. My role is extremely satisfying, and I feel like it does actually matter to our customers.
Cons
All of my co-workers are comically underpaid and I'm sick of it. My department is SO busy, and still being volunteered by upper management for yet more responsibilities.
