We do understand that the role is fast-paced and can sometimes feel intense, so we make sure that our Team Leaders and Mental Health First Aiders are always there to provide support, especially with customer interactions. Additionally, Firstsource offers a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme, providing access to counselling sessions should you require them. We're sorry to hear about your experience with our Managers – Managers' shifts are matched with their teams for availability and consistency, however, all Managers should be approachable at any time.
