Pros
Nbr of paid holidays, good drive from the east, good vacation schedule, pays for some of spouse/family insurance, company paid long term/short term disability
Cons
Management does not listen to people who actually do the work and see problems first hand and when they do listen nothing is done about it, too much dictating from Germany,. Took a year to fix a major problem in the office by maintenance. No one is held accountable.
