Pros

LOL, There are no pros.

Cons

Okay let's start Upper management exhibits abusive behaviour and a short temper. They are not registered in India, you are categorized as a service provider (freelancer) rather than an employee. No perks given(no EPF, no insurance). There is no semblance of work-life balance; you're expected to work 55-60 hours a week, and even more during crucial deadlines. Projects lack proper client direction and seem haphazard. True dedication and hard work go unappreciated, with reviews based solely on recent events. The top executives or management of the company are isolated from the reality of the working conditions and issues faced by the employees. They have an inflated sense of their own importance and tend to focus on their own interests and status Unethical practices are commonplace in the pursuit of project goals. And I can go on and on

Pros

You will remove patience from your dictionary. LOL

Cons

Okay lets start. Upper management exhibits abusive behavior and a short temper. They are not registered in India, you will be considered as a service provider (freelancer) rather than an employee. The higher-ups reside in a self-aggrandizing bubble, seemingly untouchable. Unethical practices are commonplace in the pursuit of project goals
