They have only 1 job board to source resumes . And that too they have restrictions on viewing profiles There is lot of pressure and micro management in the office The CEO is watching like a security guard always watching for employees taking breaks using phones instead of focusing on business improvement. There is a so called bdm prudhvi krishna puppet of management who claims every company he worked followed the same process joker.
