Great culture, good for jun-mid engineers

Pros

Supportive, respectful, horizontal culture. Good engineering culture, no blame post-mortems Adequate C-level managers and actually all of the employees in the company.

Cons

Salary levels for senior positions are not as high as desired Don’t see good perspectives for data engineer both professionally and career-wise.
