      Pros

      Offer good benefits but premiums went up significantly this past year. Great industry, but terrible organization.

      Cons

      New executive team. Would rather put fear in workers. No accountability, no team work, everyone is out to get everyone. Will let you go without any write ups.

      Great industry. There is always plenty of work to go around. Hourly employees can make a great paycheck with the overtime on minimal qualifications.

      Cons

      When someone doesn't show up to work, the whole team feels the strain.
