Pros

Friendly staff, one hour break, flexible schedule...it's retail so the job itself isn't difficult.

Cons

Doesn't pay enough The job is boring...it's the same thing everyday. Not creative Extreme lack of communication within the business Poor training Lack of job security Management blames employees for problems within the business but rarely does anything lasting to fix the deeper issues. The business is constantly treading water. Owners seem out of touch with their own business and don't seem to understand the reality how things work downstairs.

Pros

one hour lunch break, decent pay, young adult atmosphere. Lots of tourists and celebrities. Keeps customers feeling special and taken cared of the entire time.

Cons

Very poor training, way too many "managers", lack proper communication throughout departments. Way too much talking behind non-manager employees, too much gossip, too much hanging out with each other after work. Fire too many people without any form of warning. They keep you on your toes because they make sure you feel expendable.
