We take feedback from our employees very seriously, as we want to develop an inviting and fun environment for employment. In this instance we would like to address some of these comments. Hard work is absolutely recognized and the company loves to reward those employees with bonuses, gift boxes and promotions. When the company sees a stellar individual they acknowledge that fact and offer them a position that will best suit their abilities, whether that be a promotion or a department change. The company also lays out all of the conditions of the position during the application and interview process and everyone is hired under the same understanding about time off, income, holidays and job duties. While the company tries their best to be as accommodating and flexible as possible with the work schedules and will make any adjustments with an employee’s set full/part time schedule. There is still a level of attendance that is required for all employees, not all time off requests can be approved, however, so long as there are no other requests that interfere then the company is very accommodating and helpful in this manner. All employees are expected to work under very little supervision as this is a remote position, that being said if there is an employee who is not as efficient as others, managers like to work with those individuals to grant them extra opportunities to learn and improve so that they can grow and continue with the company.
