Pros

Tasks are very challenging and intesting, you can learn a lot of practical things relevant for your carreer Very cooperative and talented colleagues, who will become your friends after few monthes

Cons

You are expected to do overtime which is not paid, once you come 10 min later to work you will talk to management about how irresponsible you are. People are fired without being informed in advance. This is very unpleasant feeling if there is anounced on Monday meeting that you colleage is not going to work here anymore and you don't have a chance to say bye. Cheap, cheaper, FitAnalytics >>> they try to save money on everything. A lunch which they offer for free is really bad and if you want a salary raise... well that's going to be really hard. Management does not know how to motivate people.

Pros

*Good work/problem at hand.. with new techonolgies application and getting hands on experience at will. *Nice colleagues (Except two CEO's) *Flexible tasks if you can switch between back-end and front-end *HR is too good in luring people and every month people join and some get fired too. so be aware!

Cons

*CEO's just want to make big without caring about employees who work full time and have no percentage share as usual startup's. *One of the CEO is micromanaager and just knows how to fire people or move their seats. He is good in business investor meeting but owning a company and managing people: thats a joke! ))). Other remains in background with feedback from former. *Too many people leaving every now and then makes you de-motivated. I have seen 2 and half years with so many talented people leaving. Fortunately I stayed with good negotiating skills. *No frills at work although being a startup: no GYM, Food is extremely bad with cooks at CEO's mercy. No team events and coffee machine is second hand bought. :( *Bring your own screen or you are at default for not working. (forget macs or laptops even). *If you are a freelancer, you might see a surprise in no check-payment for you if product didn't work out!

Pros

- super-friendly and super-motivated colleagues who really support each other - Freedom to pursue projects and tasks that catch your interest - You really feel like you are listened to and your opinion matters - Great balance between structure and flexibility - Weekly meetings to discuss the company's overall performance helps keep you focused on the big picture - Management is invested in helping you achieve your career goals - fully-stocked fridge, a kitchen to cook and daily-catered lunch - Frequent and fun team events and plenty of casual social outings

Cons

- The office is not as flashy as some other tech companies - If you like to have tasks delegated to you, then this is maybe not your ideal environment. You need to be able to work autonomously from the get-go. Help is there when you ask for it, but you have to ask directly and you have to be persistent to get feedback - Home office is allowed occasionally, but the general preference is to have everyone in the office more or less during normal business hours. If you're the stay-at-home type or if you prefer to work super early or super late, this might not be the right company for you
