      Training materials, books, and programs.

      Cons

      I am one of the lucky ones. Hearing conversations from upper management makes me scared for my job daily. Middle management is a revolving door. Employees are secretive about being unhappy. It's like eggshells. I feel so bad for everyone, but I need this job. They don't want you to have too much emotion. They will hire people just to improve processes and then let them go. If you are not a part of the "cool kids" or the "good ole boys / girls" club, you won't stand a chance. Please take this seriously

      Free meal on shift and you can have any food expiring.

      Cons

      Meetings are so long and BORING. You go over things you already know and excel at just so annoying. Have to work either saturday or Sunday

      Free food/lunch, free team workout, free chiropractor adjustments

      Cons

      Management will tell you that you need to smile more if you are not looking 100% bubbly and happy even if you are not facing customers. 50 degrees and below work environment, no opportunities for growth, high employee turnover, cult-like management that makes you feel little. Pay is not that great. Lots of drama.
