Pros

Working part time for $20-30 an hour if you are an assistant instructor/coach, or salary starting at 20k if heading both departments. Part time work, allows for school and other jobs to maximize growth in education or finances. Owner is an intelligent, well spoken individual, that truly loves the companies he creates, and cares for his employees as best as he can. He is understanding and willing to work with your schedule. Great work environment, and coworkers

Cons

If you do not enjoy kids, teaching, and thinking outside the box, this is not the job for you. You need to be creative in order to make an entertaining environment that the kids can learn in, and want to continue to come back to the program for. Some kids can be a handful, so you have to have patience, and understanding.

5.0 star rating 11/2/2017: YELP REVIEW First to Review I had the privilege of being an instructor with Fit Kids last school year and loved every minute of it. The program they offer is bar none. It is easy to learn and more fun to teach. Being able to help children lead a healthier life style through fitness was sincerely a blessing. I wish more children had access to fitness education the way Fit Kids provides.
