      Pros

      Great flexibility for coaches. A great job for students or busy people. This position can be very rewarding! I encountered some great coworkers! The company does have the clients best interest at heart, and does strive to provide a quality product.

      Cons

      Little oversight for coaches. You become dependent on internet access and taking a 'internet free vacation' becomes impossible.
