Pros
Great culture! I can tell everyone is invested into each others careers. I have only been with the company for a few weeks, but I am very impressed with the amount of help that I get from other staff and from the management team! I have received a lot of training and once I have mastered one thing, they throw something else at me to work on which I think is great! I have been constantly been learning and been challenged since I started working at FITE Marketing!
Cons
Lots of time put into learning the role, but I love having the challenge and being able to learn at get really life experience!
