They are now throwing some Money like we throw peanuts to the Monkeys in Zoo But, remember they still think you are a MONKEY!
Cons
1. Mediocre directors and egoistic management. 2. Hiring and firing is more like a game for them, your job safety depends on how long the product you're working on sounds "COOL" to the founder. Same goes for the appraisals. Just dance for the founder, you'll be fine. 3. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" or "LABOR" that can be switched out at any given time. 4. So unless you are a robot stay away. 5. All the reviews here are fake given by the HR team, or they for sure have enough money to pay people to give fake reviews. 6. Reach out to ex-employees/current employees, (beware of fakers!!) if you want to know the truth.
