      Pros

      You have to wear a lot of different hats!

      Cons

      The CEO / Founder constantly talked down to me & belittled me. There is no work life balance, little to no training for new employees, and an extremely toxic work environment. HR does not take concerns seriously, and will not help if there is an issue. There is no line between jobs, and you will have to do the work of multiple people, without the pay.

      Pros

      The team overall is strong and works well together, and everyone is incredibly motivated and respectful, which is encouraging and creates a spirit of camaraderie. I really value and continued to admire our senior team and CEO's positivity and steadfast attitude. It’s been impressive to work with a company Founder who genuinely exhibits humility, and is so easy to confront and discuss areas of improvement.

      Cons

      High traffic moments can get overwhelming at times, and the hours can be long.
