Pros

-functional medicine -providing care in a holisitic way at a reasonable cost -typically great coworkers and staff -access to discounted and free services

Cons

-you will be nickle and dimed for all of your time at this business as an employee. If you want to see any of their medical providers, you must clock out for visits all while still paying co-pays and deductibles to the office -there is little to no growth, which can be common in smaller businesses -EXTREME staff turnover. Management seems to blame things like staff finding dream jobs, moving, having children etc, but 99% of the time it is due to unhappy employees.
