PYRAMID SCHEME

Pros

Standing all day in sams club Walmart etc. trying to sell direct tv to consumers who don't even watch television any more because of fire sticks and various other ways of watching tv ...my experience with this company was very negative to the point where I just quit and I come from a very successful sales background.

Cons

"Mangers" where younger than me which was a red flag. If you want to drive all over houston selling a product consumers are no longer interested in wasting your time ,gas( which they don't pay for), putting extra mileage on your vehicle, and stressing out over keeping a job then apply . People do not stay long here once they realize the pyramid scheme this job is . You do not get commission until you sign at least 5 people up for direct tv so even if you sale but don't reach a certain number you will only get base pay. Any one with common sense and respect for themselves will not lower there standards to be a side show for 8$ an hour. Would do better driving Uber. And they say it's a management training program but in reality it is all about sales. And the mangers they have lack REAL management skills . It is my duty as a human being to let people know what this job is like I said I quit and was not fired so there is no bad blood just want people to know the real deal

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on us. Our main concern with this feedback is the impression that individuals younger than yourself are not capable of leadership or management. The reason we are the leading firm for entry level associates is because we pride ourselves on offering training and mentorship rather than a tenure business motive. Additionally, we have never started out anyone at $8/hr but all hourly pay can be discussed with the hiring manager and it is also based upon your experience. We also give unlimited opportunity for bonuses and incentives - so the level of your success is determined by your level of commitment and work ethic. Also- Our time is split between the office and our clients location, nonetheless, none of our employees have to drive all over Houston - this is NOT a door to door or business to business company. Account Executive $$$

Pros

-Huge opportunity for $$$ - great for money motivated people like me. Base + UNCAPPED commission!!! -Awesome team -Hands-on training -Company sponsored trips to places like Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Dominican Republic for top performers -We work very closely with the CEO, Ricky, and he gives wonderful advice to us and the whole team loves him. He really developed me as a professional. If I didn't have to move because of my husband's new job I never would have left. With Ricky's leadership I was on the track to be promoted to Vice President within months.

Cons

-Long hours, but in sales that's required in any position at any company to earn a lot of $$$ -Work on Sundays

Multi Level Marketing Scheme

Pros

None..... good lord there are none..... nope..... not even one. Well.... nope none come to mind when I think of this company

Cons

It’s a multi level marketing scheme, the only way you make money is if you recruit people They even said that in the interview Once you get to this title you’ll be handprint HR, interviews ext..... um that’s a whole separate position in itself. I’m Not an HR person. If you were a real company you would have someone there full time. Pleas people don’t waste your Time, it’s border line illegal. If you want to start your own business, then do it, don’t start here. Owning a business is so hard it’s not a one stop shop.

Our company does not require an up front payment to participate, we do not offer incentives for employees to hire individuals on a retainer and we do not do strict commission or a draw.
