We are sorry that you had a bad experience at Five Rings Financial. - Five Rings Financial is a straight sales organization, it has the same corporate / independent Sales agent structure as Keller Williams. - Five Rings Financial is NOT a Multi-Level Marketing Company. - Five Rings Financial is a 100% Commission only company, There is no floor on your income and therefore there is no ceiling on your income. - All Sales organizations look like a Pyramid on paper, theres a CEO at the top, Managers, Sales managers, Agency or office managers, Team leads, sales people. - We are very upfront at the interview that there is no base and this is an Entrepreneur based company and that it is a 3 to 5 year commitment to make more that part time money.

Five Rings provides excellent training and mentoring for team members at all levels. And if you are looking for a company that supports you in a positive, encouraging way to get from where you are to where you'd like to be, Five Rings is the right place!

Cons

The pay is all commission based, which actually works well as long as you have some discipline and structure.

This company has Character, Love, Energy, Courage and Purpose as it 5 core values, and better than just listing them on the paper, the company culture actually reflects that from top to bottom, from the CEO all the way to the newest member of the company. I have learned the financial services Industry at Five Rings Financial and am very glad that I landed at the right place to begin with, the company's reputation is amazing, and the owner/CEO Mike Wilk goes above and beyond to help everyone to learn, grow and develop as a leader.

Cons

Can't say there is a down-side for working there. Some folks talk about the lack of technical training, that being said, all of the "in the field" training that we have way more than compensate from the jargon-heavy industry technical training that is offered everywhere.
