Pros

This company is unique among all others. Literally more family (and all that entails both good and bad) than just a company. I've made friends here I'll have for the rest of my life, worked on projects and had opportunities I've never had anywhere else. Their growing client list just means more fun things to work on.

Cons

Don't work here if you don't like dogs.

Pros

Five&Done is truly a special place. The team is filled with talent, a great sense of humor, but most importantly kind hearts. Their leadership team is incredible, and you really feel a strong sense of community and family here. In regards to projects, there are always cool things to work on and you get to take ownership in the work you do. In addition, everyone at Five&Done is open to collaborating and lending a hand when needed. Work-life balance is taken seriously here, and management does a great job at ensuring that you have the time to take time off, stay inspired, and avoid burnout. Also, if you like dogs, this is the place to be!

Cons

You may gain a few pounds from participating in the eating challenges or from all the snacks.

Best place I've ever worked

Pros

For the first time in my decades of work experience, from entry level to c-suites, everyone is wonderful to work with. They truly mean what they say. This is one of the places that says "we're like family", but actually means it and lives it. The management is supportive and strives to set everyone up for success. I've never felt so comfortable and supported anywhere I've ever worked. They take great care to hire people who suit the culture, which is not a specific culture, yet is focused on people with a good attitude and work ethic, which is what truly matters. I've yet to hear a bad word spoken of anyone here, from anyone. They take a concerted effort to ensure that you have a solid work/life balance. While other companies say this but don't live it, Five & Done actually means what they say.

Cons

If I have to give a "con", it is driving to the office 3 days a week. But that is a sacrifice I'm willing to make for the positive work culture and supportive management. I wish there were more opportunities to recruit my favorite former co-workers who I known would love to work here and would be appreciated by my co-workers and management.
