Pros

No weekends, paycheck, no holidays.

Cons

Management is behind the times. Cell phones are not allowed. There is no electronic timekeeping system. People from every branch phone in to clock in and phone out to clock out. Aka a dozen different people calling at the same times every day to one poor soul that has to record everything and give it to the boss. Everything could be electronic, but management does not want to go that way. "If it's not broken don't fix it" except things are very broken. If you're looking for a job they seem great because it's a good cause and they're always hiring. That should be a warning though, when you see the same salaried positions posted every few months or weeks even. Boss likes to yell at employees and humiliate them when things aren't done when and how she wants them. If you want to have a lunch break, leave the building or else you'll be expected to work through lunch.
