Pros

High Pay Free Lunch Flexible Expense Reporting

Cons

Micromanagement Nepotistic Horrible office politics Raises based on office politics, not quality of work Management doesnt listen to employees, instead tries to fix management issues by restructuring every year You will be bored. A lot. Even if your coworkers are swamped. Serious "Silo Effect" issues between departments All the talk about an "innovative company" is completely false. This company operates like it is the 1950s There is a mean girls clique expect to be made fun of by upper management behind your back

Pros

Good projects, unfortunately they don't seem to go anywhere. Recently updated their benefits, but still a work in progress

Cons

Bad work environment, bad management. Just not a good place to work.

Pros

The best reason to work at FivePoint was the vision and leadership under the former CEO Emile Haddad. He and the former executive team created a company dynamic where new ideas flourished and collaboration was encouraged. I would say a lot of these core values have shifted since his and some members of the executive team's departure.

Cons

The company has undergone multiple C-suite changes over the last year or so that have drastically changed the company culture and elements of the business. The changes have not always been communicated effectively and comprehendible to nonexecutive employees.
