Working at Fives Digital as a Customer Care Executive was a valuable learning experience. The role helped me improve my communication skills, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities while working in a professional, target-driven environment. The team was supportive, and the training provided a clear understanding of processes and customer expectations. The work pace can be fast, but it keeps you engaged and helps you grow in confidence when handling real-time customer interactions. Overall, it’s a good place to gain hands-on experience in customer service and build a strong foundation for future roles.
