Pros
Company culture is great, provide excellent services and events for employees, they have a coffee machine and pool table, met a lot of great people there!
Cons
Poor communication regarding conditions of further employment. Lost a 'guaranteed' graduate position due to my study circumstances changing. Fivecast waited until October to tell me I'd be finishing in November, then stopped giving me shifts a week later with a day's notice.
