Great team spirit and culture that runs across the whole company - we all help each other. -The no-blame culture really works because everyone focuses on overcoming obstacles. -Team members at all levels get to work on interesting projects and get to work closely with customers. -There’s a great feeling of equality in everything that is Fivium – I feel valued and rewarded for the contribution I make, not for the number of hours I work (which is not always the case when you work part time). -Fantastic company socials. Cons
It's a small to medium size team, so you have to be flexible and prepared to roll your sleeves up and help your team mates out when they need.
