Being a part of a team that invests in its employees, values your input, and makes you feel included Promotional opportunities, raises, and bonuses Working with great clients in many different industries Team events and holiday party Great benefits, health insurance, time off, and matching retirement A leadership team that cares, willing to listen, and is always looking for ways to improve Remote work opportunities
Cons
The only con during my time spent at Fixed Fee IT that I can think of is that medical benefits were not included for dependents but this is the case at many companies and maybe one day in the future this would change.
