- Flexible working time with core hours - Remote work is allowed, which is pretty nice - Company has engineers with strong background in software optimization and competitive programming - Senior engineers share their knowledge on a regular basis to improve others' skillset
Cons
- Base salary when joining is a bit lower compared to other IT companies - There is no company-wide established code/review standard so the style might differ depending on the team
