Fixt is an incredible place to work. The team is dedicated to diversity which is the most important factor of success and isn't easy to find in the software technology industry. The CEO, Luke Cooper, is a great leader and makes it a point to make sure that he knows each of his employees as a friend. Despite his busy schedule, he'll go out of his way to make your day better, based on a comment he heard from across the office or a conversation around the coffee pot. The team is composed of ambitious achievers so it's the type of place where you either fit in or you'd don't. The environment is intense, yet rewarding, where the only limit on your potential is the work you're willing to put in. Fixt is a family and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
