      Pros

      DigitalBridge is a brilliant mix of community, talent, and drive. Everyone around you is exceptional at their job. The product is exciting, new, and solving real problems in different ways, and its wonderful to be a part of that. Management is no different, you are never forgotten, and I feel like I'm becoming a better PO and a better person all the time.

      Cons

      I truly find no downsides working at Digitalbridge. This is the place I've been looking for, after bad experiences elsewhere with culture and management

      Pros

      Flexible working, Working from home, fantastic office space, great people, collaborative environment, loads to learn and encouragement from everyone in the company. We all want to work together to create the best possible product we can and we are succeeding rapidly and achieving this. Coming from local government to here has been a massive change and one I wish I had taken sooner. I never thought I could look forward to coming to work!

      Cons

      We run out of bread by Friday and therefore there is no toast normally on that day. That is literally the worst thing about the job so that says a lot.
