Pros

This is a place where vision and strategy are combined with unmatched passion for client delivery and work product excellence. The people here care. About each other, about their clients success and about doing work they are proud of. Truly a chance to work with unbelievable people on big problems and in a culture intentionally crafted around people and teams thrive. -- Super compelling company and super accomplished leadership team and vision -- Disruptive approach to the digital marketing challenge facing CMO's -- Fun and hard working teams

Cons

New company is exciting and challenging. You have to be prepared to do what needs to be done, and jump in above, below and across the organization to deliver the product. There is a high standard for delivery and an expectation for the team to display grit. Always recognized and rewarded, but it's not a place for resting in place.

A different kind of agency...in a good way

Pros

Three top things about working at Fjuri are the quality of the people, the way everyone works together, and the problems that we get to work on in projects. First, you'll get to work directly with a leadership team that exhibits the classical "T" shape personality; all bring deep expertise in 1-2 areas, but broad knowledge of how it all works together in a system. That said, they don't micromanage or work in a prescriptive fashion. Everyone is open to different ideas and dissecting different arguments to arrive at the best possible idea. It's a truly open and collaborative environment; a lot is expect of you, but you won't be left out to sink or swim like at some other agencies. Finally, you get to work on fundamental and challenging marketing problems from project to project. Provides a great opportunity gain deep experience/expertise in different aspects of marketing.

Cons

It's a client services agency, and that's taken seriously. You are expected to make a positive impact, which means you need to bring an ownership mentality and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and some fluidity as you diagnose the situation and iterate toward a solution.
