The hands-on experience you gain here from day one is awesome. I started as an intern working on legit campaigns and became a full time account manager after a few months. There’s a lot of opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Also unlimited PTO is amazing.

Pros
I have been with the company for a little under a year and was promoted after about 6 months. The CEO promotes based mostly on merit, there is no rigid timeline like many other companies where you have to be an employee for X amount of time before getting a raise/promotion. If you work hard there is tremendous room for growth within the organization!
