Flags Communications has managed to foster a great working environment, people here are immensely knowledgeable and helpful. There is a great transparency in the company that makes you feel like a Family.

There are hardly any pros of working at this company.

Cons

This is a complete fraud company. The work environment is the worst. Even during the lockdown period employees were forced to come to the office even on public transport. And all the positive reviews are fake ones given by the current employees who are threatened by the boss that they will be fired if they don't give 5-star reviews to the company.
