Initially, I will confirm that this was the best job that I had the pleasure of working in a career spanning thirty years....but....

Cons

With return to work following CoVid19 lockdown, things deteriorated rapidly. I was thrilled in finding that an experienced industrial professional had been hired to fill the position of Dir.H.R. previously held by a series of Ad-Mins. But, two additional levels of non-kitchen working administration had been added, external from corporate culture. Frustrating confusion resulted.

Cons

C-level executives are extremely self-centered and concerned for their own well-being. Really could care less about the employees and will in fact put employees down or under the bus to preserve their own image. Working conditions are terrible in the sense of no proper tools or supplies to work with.
