Great place to work with fun and friendly management and coworkers. The hours are long depending on how busy the day is, but it's pretty stereotypical of a tourist/adventure attraction and they tell you about this when you're interviewed. The job is really easy and fun. Owner encourages training on all positions which provides you with opportunities for raises and advancement.
Cons
Some of the company organization could be improved especially with regard to the hiring and training processes. Company is a bit woke and virtue signals a lot.
Good friends, fun times. You definitely work, on your feet all day. During Monsoon season it gets kinda rough, but it never isn't fun.
Cons
Being stuck outside sucks, especially in the rain. We often understand so you can't go in if you need to, and sometimes they will prevent you from taking a break.
