      Pros

      Flaherty PT has an amazing staff that works well together, understands the importance of getting to know people for who they are and where they want to go in life, and has fun doing it. The staff and the clients are terrific. Working in the physical therapy environment is fulfilling because we can see the positive impact for patients and meaningful impact we are having as employees.

      Cons

      Working in the medical field has become challenging all around due to fluctuations in policies, increasing insurance costs and out of pocket expenses for everyone involved.

      Pros

      By FAR the best PT clinic I've ever worked in! Collaborative team, supportive leadership, and lots of opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

      Cons

      The only cons I have are things you'd find in any and all other clinic settings as well - keeping up with documentation being my biggest challenge some days, though working one on one with our patients does afford us more time to focus on both high quality patient care and effective documentation.

      Pros

      I have been a physical therapist for over 30 years and have had the opportunity to work with many great people. I have to say this is one of THE BEST places to work! Focus on quality care, one on one treatments, continuing ed and an employer who truly and genuinely cares about the employees. The staff is outstanding-excellent clinicians, kind and collaborative! Don't often find that in today's work climate!

      Cons

      Very little cons for me. Many may discuss salary, but there are ways to increase salary through bonus opportunities. The generosity of the employer is exceptional!
