Pros
I love working at Flair. Right now the team is distributed so we all work from home, meeting up when necessary, and using Slack to communicate. It's fantastic and fits my life and needs very well. Flair is a growing company and that gives ample opportunity to learn so much about running and operating a small business. With company growth comes new perks and opportunities as well.
